Bushy Wood is the perfect venue for both Scouts, Guides and a wide range of youth organisations of all types.
17 Acres of woodland supported by residential lodges and modern toilet & shower facilities.

Inspirational activity days and residential events for young people in a woodland setting.
Run your own events, or our friends at Buzz Active can put on activity days or full residential event packages for you.
Take the learning outside the classroom, building confidence and achievement based on a tried and trusted formula.
ON SITE ACTIVITIES
We have plenty of activities on site for our groups to enjoy, some instructor led by our friends at Buzz Active, others that can be self-led by group leaders.
LOCAL ATTRACTIONS
There are a huge range of adventurous activities and visitor attractions which can be enjoyed in the local area, some are in walking distance!
UNIFORM SHOP
We have our own scout & guide uniform store on site, open Monday to Saturday 0900 to 1600.
It has it’s own website and online store so you can visit us, order online for delivery or ‘click and collect’, just click on the logo above to go to the shop.
The shop stocks the full range of scout badges, outdoor equipment, gifts and souvenirs.
