HOW TO BOOK

All of our bookings are taken online using ‘Online Scout Manager Venue Booking’

NOTE – If you are a scout leader with an existing section OSM account/login, and you are making a PERSONAL/FAMILY booking, do NOT use your existing OSM login, as it will take you into your scouting OSM account (if you want to make a group booking, then do this from inside OSM).

SCOUT LEADERS MAKING A PERSONAL/FAMILY BOOKING

If you have an existing OSM account the booking link above may automatically log you into your existing OSM account, if so, you will need to LOG OUT of OSM, come back to this page and hit the link above again, then use the ‘Create Account’ link and make a new, personal, account (note this is only for our booking system, which happens to be based on OSM, it will not create a new standard OSM account)

ALL GROUP LEADERS MAKING A GROUP BOOKING

If you are scouts and have OSM, book from within your OSM account (look for the venue booking links on individual events/programmes once you have created them).

If you don’t have OSM, just use the link www.onlinescoutmanager.co.uk/v/bushywood

CHANGEOVER TIMES

SHACKLETON LODGE – You can come in from 1600 on the day of arrival, and must depart by 1200 on your last day (you can arrive earlier or stay longer for an extra hire fee, if the building is available)

KIPLING LODGE – You can come in from 1600 on the day of arrival, and must depart by 1200 on your last day (you can arrive earlier or stay longer for an extra hire fee, if the building is available)

Deep cleaning will take place between bookings, but we do ask guests to clean before they leave and take all rubbish to the bins, we will provide cleaning materials if needed.

CAMPING PITCHES – You can come in from 1400 on the day of arrival, and must depart by 1200 on your last day

CAMPERVAN PITCHES – You can come in from 1400 on the day of arrival, and must depart by 1200 on your last day
